Our Junior Team members have all been training hard over the Christmas/New Year break. The squad was brought together to train at the open TNZ Junior Kyorugi Development Seminar held in Auckland over the weekend of 28th & 29th January. During that weekend the Junior Team was able to meet with and train under the TNZ Junior Team Coaches and National Team Head Coach, while team officials briefed them regarding their preparations for Egypt. The weekend also fully involved their parents who took the opportunity to meet with team management for a Q & A session.
The Junior Team will travel out of New Zealand and head for Egypt after the TNZ Open in March, returning mid-April. A big congratulations to the Junior Athletes who have been selected to represent New Zealand at the 2012 Junior World Championships.
